For a dance team, an effective coach has a deep personal interest, personally involved—a friend who cares about the team and its long term development. They develop specific skills for the challenges and expectations for each performance while empowering the athlete . The coach is the backbone of a successful program. That is why MDTA recognizes the efforts of those individuals who have dedicated themselves to dance for an extended period of time.
