MDTA By-Laws

Proposed By-Laws Updated July 2025- 

Changes proposed: updated address of organization, added mission statement, refined procedures for leadership succession, added roles of Trustees and At-Large members, clarified officer titles for Executive Board and Board of Directors and deleted inconsistencies and unneccessary repeats in language.  Members will receive an email to vote YES or NO to proposed changes.
